Still, after the day's events, Sarek's efforts to comfort his son were soothing to Spock's raw nerves. A distant part of him wryly observed that his father could have chosen to express this truth years ago instead of hiding it behind "logic," sparing Spock a great deal of pain over his own irrepressible love for his mother. Spock, his control still tenuous after his rage on the bridge, barely managed to keep his gaze from darting to his father in surprise at a confession he had never thought he would hear.

But if you do need one, I'd love it to go over some bits of the movie with the new angle of them denying/fighting this predestined soulbond. *Big bonus points for including a telepathic bond they can use to communicate. *Mind melded sex is an absolute must, with more focus on their mental interaction than the physical. Linger lovingly on the details for me, anon! *Please include predestination - not just "Spock Prime said so" but them/their souls recognizing each other.
